I’m always looking for a new, more effective “low tech” workout. I travel a lot for work and am always looking to add to my “on the road” hotel room fitness options. My typical routine includes a lot of push-up and crunch variations and this new “reverse push-up” from Men’s Health will be a nice addition. In addition to working your arms and core like a typical push-up, these really put the heat on your shoulders (deltoids and trapezius muscles), and will have your abs begging for mercy if you do it right.
