This is a re-blog of a review posted on “Greatist.com” covering their review of LIFT. LIFT is a new, free, app that helps you select, track and reinforce positive habits. I like the fact that it covers a number of positive habits (e.g. reading) and doesn’t simply cover diet and exercise. I’ll let you read the review for yourself, and I’ll be downloading it in a few minutes.
