Just came across this listing food-ingredients-to-avoid-sproutsfrom LEAH ZERBE AND EMILY MAIN, via a friend, and thought it was interesting.  A few of the things were in the “of course” category (e.g. diet soda, artificial sweeteners, etc.), but some really interesting ones made the list as well (e.g. strawberries that aren’t organic, corn, etc.).

What you put in your body should fuel your healthy, energetic life and be good for you.  I would highly recommend you avoid putting things in that are dangerous, potential toxic, etc.  (click on the image above or the link below to review the list)
