I just read a listing of 52 (yes, 52) healthy meals that can be made in 12 minutes or less from Greatist. It’s an awesome list, and I would argue that many of these taste much better than the crap you can pick up at the quick-serve drive-through. Incorporating a few of these into your repertoire could make a real difference. I’m definitely going for the ‘breakfast taco’ and the ‘turkey frittata’ myself.
